ProSports Technologies, Inc. and The National Football League Players Association share ownership of 39 Patents. These patents include protocols for the remote detection of head and other injuries to participants in all contact sports, at any level. A contributing inventor to our Head Injury Detection Patent (especially applicable to Concussion Protocol in football), was Mr. Demaurice Fitzgeral Smith, the former Executive Director of the National Football League Players Association. Using this patented technology, the Velocity and Magnitude of Impact to a helmet, is transferred in real time to a smart device. This data can then be used, within moments of the contact event, to detect a cranial concussion injury.
Also included in the portfolio of patents owned, is a gaming patent wherein the company can offer "In-Venue Gaming" that allows for everything from peer to peer, real dollar prop bets between attendees at the same stadium venue (in any sport), to simple non dollar prizes such as season tickets and or VIP Meet & Greet with players. Via strategic partnerships already in place, the gaming patents can be operational within a few weeks of the first round of funding.
